Refund Policy

1. General Policy

A $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your service, with the remaining balance due at the time of your appointment. Deposits are refundable with at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation; cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit. All sales are final once services have been rendered. Refund eligibility prior to service depends on the type of service and stage of processing.

2. Fingerprinting Services

  • Refunds may be issued only prior to fingerprint capture.
  • No refunds will be issued once fingerprints have been captured and/or electronically transmitted.
  • Government processing fees are non-refundable once submission has occurred.
  • If fingerprints are rejected due to incorrect ORI numbers, inaccurate information provided by the customer, or agency-specific requirements, resubmission fees will apply.
  • A2B Fingerprinting is not responsible for background check outcomes, agency decisions, or processing delays.

3. Print-to-Card (FD-258) Services

  • Refunds may be issued only prior to fingerprint capture.
  • No refunds will be issued after fingerprint cards have been printed.
  • Customers are responsible for submitting fingerprint cards to the appropriate agency unless otherwise specified.

4. Mobile Services

  • Mobile service fees may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs outside the required notice period.
  • Travel fees may apply once a technician has been dispatched.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the service fee.

5. Passport Photo Services

  • No refunds will be issued after passport photos have been taken and provided.
  • Final acceptance of passport photos is determined by the issuing authority.

6. Notary Services

  • No refunds will be issued once a notarization has been completed.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring documents are complete and accurate prior to notarization.

7. Appointment Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within the required notice period. Failure to provide proper notice may result in forfeiture of fees.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may be contested with proof of service, acknowledgment of terms, and transaction records.
