Submission, acceptance, approval, or processing of fingerprints, fingerprint cards, passport photos, or notarized documents is determined solely by the requesting agency or issuing authority. A2B Fingerprinting makes no guarantee of approval, clearance, acceptance, or processing timelines.
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate information and verifying the correct ORI number and agency requirements prior to submission. Incorrect ORI numbers or inaccurate information may result in rejection and require resubmission fees. A2B Fingerprinting is not responsible for delays, denials, or additional costs resulting from customer error.
Government processing fees are determined by the requesting agency and are non-refundable once fingerprints have been captured and/or transmitted. Service fees may be refundable only prior to capture, subject to cancellation policies.
Print-to-Card services provide a physical fingerprint card only. Unless explicitly stated, A2B Fingerprinting does not submit physical fingerprint cards on behalf of customers. Customers are responsible for mailing or delivering fingerprint cards to the appropriate agency.
Mobile service fees are based on travel distance, time, appointment type, and location. Additional fees may apply for extended travel, after-hours appointments, wait time, or special requests. Mobile service fees may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs outside the required notice period.
Passport photo requirements are determined by the issuing authority. Photos are taken in accordance with current U.S. Department of State guidelines at the time of service; however, final acceptance is determined by the issuing authority. A2B Fingerprinting does not guarantee acceptance.
A2B Fingerprinting provides notary public services in accordance with Florida law. We do not provide legal advice, draft legal documents (unless specifically authorized), or guarantee the legal validity or acceptance of documents presented for notarization.
