These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by A2B Fingerprinting (“A2B,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling an appointment, submitting information, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
A2B Fingerprinting provides the following services:
A2B provides fingerprint capture and document facilitation services only.
A2B does not:
All eligibility decisions and background determinations are made solely by the requesting agency or governing authority.
A2B is responsible solely for capturing and submitting fingerprints to the appropriate agency, including but not limited to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
A2B does not control:
We make no guarantees regarding approval, licensing, employment, or processing timelines.
The customer is solely responsible for:
Incorrect ORI numbers or inaccurate information may result in rejection. Resubmission fees will apply.
A2B is not responsible for delays, denials, or additional fees resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Government processing fees included in fingerprint submissions are non-refundable once transmitted.
Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards and other approved payment options.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within the required notice period.
Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of the service fee.
A2B provides notary public services in accordance with Florida law. A2B does not provide legal advice, prepare legal documents (unless specifically authorized), or guarantee the legal validity of documents presented for notarization.
The customer is responsible for ensuring documents are complete and accurate prior to notarization.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A2B Fingerprinting shall not be liable for:
In all cases, A2B’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A2B Fingerprinting from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of Florida.
A2B reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
